Tasks:

•  Handling European services

•  Handling Baltic Servies

•  Coordinate and manage the movement of freight from origin to destination, both international and national

•  Liaising with customers, overseas partners, and suppliers

•  Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulations and legal requirements.

•  Track and monitor shipments, providing real-time updates to customers.

•  Address any issues or delays promptly and implement effective solutions.

•  Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Desired qualifications:

• 1 years+ experience international road freight
• Experience with Baltic imports/exports would be desirable.
• Capable of manually calculating costs and charges
• Good customer service skills
• Experience with Customs paperwork
• Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient
• Good overall IT skills
• Proactive, structured, and a high capacity for work
