Start-up and duration

The start-up is when you sign the trainee contract. The program runs over a 2 year period.

Mentoring and the follow-up

You have your own mentor accompanying you throughout the training period, providing support and advice. In addition, you will have a sponsor for each internship in different departments.

Employment

As a trainee, you will be permanently employed on your first day. Meaning you have no binding beyond the ordinary notice period either before or after the training period.
