Back Baltic Container Terminal Gdynia

Greener logistics from the UK and the continent

We always strive to develop greener logistics solutions for our customers. We have short sea transport in focus.

As we are independent of shipping lines, we can offer a wide range of short sea possibilities in Europe.

From both the southern and northern UK, the Baltics, Poland, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands, we can offer dependent departures and affordable prices.

We are committed to offering our customers more sustainable logistic solutions. We strive to move loads from road to both sea and rail to reduce CO2 emissions. We can offer steady capacity on shortsea routes, and then help you reduce even more CO2 emission on your logistics.

Local expertise and services

We offer collection of your goods, international transport by sea or road, customs services and of course distribution in country of destination.

An example: On the sea route from Immingham to Oslo you reduce CO2 emissions by 85% compared to road transport (FTL, FCL load).

On the route from London to Oslo your CO2 emission saving will be at 73%.

A good tip is to use 45' HCPW containers, which are equivalent to a standard 13.6 m trailers (33 euro pallets).

Imports from Netherlands, Baltics and Poland

We cover your transport needs from all these areas, by sea. Sea transport on these routes is more predictable and of course also reduces emissions. By choosing the sea instead of the road from Klaipeda to Oslo, you reduce CO2 emissions by 76%.

Accordingly, on the Gdynia-Oslo route it will be reduced by 71%.

The Netherlands – frequent sailings

From the Rotterdam in the Netherlands, there are two weekly departures by short sea. The  direct arrivals in Oslo will be on both Mondays and Wednesdays, giving a short transit time for goods from neighbouring countries in Europe.
