Who can track a shipment?
Anyone with the correct tracking information – sender, recipient, or third party.
When is tracking information available?
Tracking updates are available as soon as the shipment is registered and scanned.
Tracking Information Includes:
- Details about the sender, recipient, and their respective addresses
- Number of packages
- Volume and calculated weight
- Estimated pick-up and delivery times
- Status based on scans at terminals and in vehicles
- Recipient’s signature upon delivery
- For domestic tracking, a map shows where the goods were delivered
