Strike in Norway

Update 20th of April: The strike lasted for four days and has ended after reaching an agreement on salary and terms.

Original article:

Unfortunately, the negotiations between the unions and The Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO) for salary and terms this weekend, ended with no result.

We are facing a strike for hundreds of companies and 24.000 workers in Norway. ColliCare is not affected at this point, but customers or other partners might be.
Complete list of affected companies on strike from today, Monday 17th April:

Some road connections operated by ferries are affected by the strike. This might cause delays in transport and distribution in Norway.

If the parties do not come to an agreement during this week, more companies will be on strike from Friday 21st April. ColliCare is not among the companies that can be on strike from Friday either.

Please clarify with your customers that their warehouse is open for receiving goods upon arrival.

We will update the news here on our web site when there are developments.

If you have questions, please call or e-mail your ColliCare contact. We sincerely regret the problems that might occur connected with this conflict.
