We recognise that our responsibility extends beyond our own organisation. That’s why we set clear expectations for our suppliers when it comes to ethical, fair, and responsible business practices.

We require all suppliers to comply with our Supplier Code of Conduct, which outlines standards for human rights, labour practices, and environmental responsibility.

Supplier Code of conduct

Our Code of Conduct for suppliers is built on internationally recognised principles, including the UN Global Compact and the ILO Conventions, and includes key requirements related to:

  • Fair wages and compensation practices
  • Decent working conditions, including working hours and workplace safety
  • Non-discrimination and equal opportunities
  • Freedom of association and collective bargaining
  • Prohibition of forced labour and child labour

Responsible sourcing and Due diligence

To ensure compliance, we carry out regular due diligence assessments of our suppliers, including:

  • Risk-based evaluations of new and existing suppliers
  • Screening and documentation of social and environmental performance
  • Follow-up actions and improvements when non-compliance is detected

We prioritise long-term partnerships with suppliers who share our commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement.

Transparency and improvement

We believe in continuous development and open communication. Our suppliers are expected to:

  • Provide transparent information upon request
  • Cooperate in audits or reviews
  • Actively work towards aligning their practices with our requirements

Failure to meet these requirements may lead to corrective actions, and in cases of serious or repeated non-compliance, termination of the supplier relationship.

By working closely with our supply chain, we aim to promote better conditions and reduce risk throughout our value chain.
