At ColliCare Logistics, we believe that openness and integrity goes hand in hand. That’s why we encourage everyone – employees, partners, suppliers, customers and stakeholders – to speak up if they see something that doesn’t seem right.
Why Whistleblowing matters
Speaking up helps us maintain a safe, fair and responsible workplace. It’s also an important part of how we meet our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments – by ensuring transparency and accountability.
What you can report
You can report anything you believe may be:
- Illegal or unethical
- A violation of ColliCare’s Code of Conduct or policies
- Unsafe or harmful to people or the environment
- Harassment, discrimination or other workplace misconduct
If you’re not sure – report anyway. We will take it seriously.
Who can report
Anyone can report concerns whether you are a concerned neighbour, employee, customer, sub-contractor or stakeholder. You can choose to report anonymously.
What happens next
- Your case will be handled with care and confidentiality
- If you identify yourself, we may contact you for more information and to tell you have we solved the case
- You will not face retaliation for reporting in good faith
- All cases are reviewed by a designated team
