At ColliCare Logistics, we recognize that effective risk management is fundamental to long-term value creation and sustainability. Our Risk framework is designed to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all areas of our operations - ensuring both resilience and integrity.
We follow a structured approach to risk management, including:
- A double materiality analysis
- Regular evaluations of strategic, operational, financial, environmental, and reputational risks
- A responsible risk analysis with assessments of living wage in all CCL countries
- Implementation of controls and mitigation measures
- Continuous monitoring and reporting of risk exposure
- Integration of risk considerations into decision-making processes
Double Materiality Analysis
ColliCare are not obligated to report in line with the CSRD standard, however, as part of our sustainability strategy we have found the double materiality analysis to be essential. This has ensured that we can highlight the issues with major impact to our surroundings and be more specific with our actions.
Our double materiality analysis follows the CSRD standard and includes:
- Coverage of all ESRS topical standards
- The topical areas that are most crucial for our business
- Identification and assessments of negative and positive impacts of our business, risks and opportunities.
- Identification of which of these has the potential for human rights impact – positively or negatively
- Visualization of impact on internal and external Stakeholders
- Mitigating actions
- Based on short – medium – long term
