Field Sales Executive
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Actively conducting customer visits in the field
- Visiting customers who are not part of the company portfolio to gain new customers with monthly sales targets, and/or conducting cross-sales to existing customers in the portfolio, and reporting the results
- Actively contributing to the acquisition of new customers by developing the existing customer portfolio in line with the company’s strategies
- Conducting cost analyses based on customer needs, preparing offers, and presenting freight quotes to customers
- Informing the Operations team about the services to be provided to customers who accept the price offer and ensuring coordination
Required Skills and Expertise
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales in the Forwarding/International Transportation sectors
- Possession of a Class B driver's license
- Ability to drive actively
- Strong persuasive skills and successful in human relations
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Presentable
