Head of Operations

This is a new intermediate management role created to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of daily performance results.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strengthen operational planning, resource utilization, and quality control;
• Coordinate collaboration between several departments—customer service, customs brokerage, complaints, and the terminal— and promote their effective collaboration with transport operations;
• Ensure that daily processes run smoothly, interdepartmental work is aligned, and decisions are made promptly;
• Resolve cross-departmental challenges, particularly between sales and operations, to align operational capabilities with commercial promises;
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), initiate improvements, and implement more efficient work models;
• Ensure top-level customer experience, while equipping teams with the necessary tools to work quickly, efficiently, and cohesively.

What We Expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in organizing transport or logistics operations, experience in coordinating operations or integrating multiple departments is highly valued;
• Understanding of how transport managers work, how customer inquiries are handled, route planning, and operations control;
• Ability to work with diverse teams toward common goals— acting as a “bridge” between departments;
• Excellent communication, planning, problem-solving, and conflict management skills;
• High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and proactivity;
• Higher education (in logistics, business management, or a related field);
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian; English proficiency is an advantage.
