Intermodal Transport Planner

Tasks:

• Close contact with customers, subcontractors, and colleges in other countries
• Creation and booking of transport orders by rail, ferry, and road solutions in Europe
• Order processing from pick up and transport to invoicing
• Handling customer complaints/ Customer service

Background and experience we are looking for:

• Experiences from a freight forwarding/logistics company
• Good network of contacts with railway, ferry & trucking companies
• Good German and English skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
