Marketing Performance Analyst
We are seeking a curious, analytical, and commercially minded professional who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data. You are naturally driven by numbers, but you also understand the business stories behind them. You enjoy creating meaningful reports, and helping teams make smarter decisions based on facts rather than assumptions.
In this role, you will become a key contributor to our international marketing team, helping us improve campaign performance, strengthen our digital presence, and maximize the return on our marketing investments. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing and sales with transforming complex data into clear insights that create real business value.
Key responsibilities
- Campaign and communication optimization: Monitor, testing and optimizing daily performance metrics across all marketing channels (organic and paid search, social media, newsletters and other relevant channels)
- Data management: Clean, organize, and synthesize large marketing datasets from multiple platforms
- Reporting & dashboards: Design and maintain automated performance dashboards using BI tools. ROI calculations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Translate technical data into clear insights for actionable ideas for growth and improvement.
- Segmentation: Develop target audiences and personalization of customer communications
- Analysis; Identifying low performance conversions and evaluate A/B tests.
- Budget allocation: Recommend strategic budget shifts toward high-performing audience segments and assist in finding new growth opportunities.
- Teamwork & cooperation; Participate in planning and execution of marketing activities, marketing automations and tasks. Always focusing on growth and improving results.
Required qualifications and background
- Strong understanding of digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, CRM and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Salesforce Marketing, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio, or BI-system.
- Strong understanding of core metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions etc.
- Experience with advanced data modeling, setting up multi-touch attribution frameworks.
- Certifications in Google Analytics and major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
