Strengthening our cross‑border operations
Our operations are now firmly established between Jula’s central warehouse in Skara, Sweden, and all Jula stores in Poland. Today, the core of our solution is road transport, while we are actively evaluating trailer‑based and future rail options to support a more sustainable logistics strategy. We also manage the transport of goods produced in Poland and destined for Jula’s warehouse in Skara.

Delivering high‑frequency transport with precision
In Poland, we handle around 3 000 full truckloads per year, amounting to approximately 12 departures daily. We load at night to ensure early‑morning deliveries - usually around 06:00, before stores open. Every truck is dedicated to a single store for consistent and predictable replenishment.

As we expand operations, we prioritize loading quality, lead‑time stability, and on‑time delivery. Together with Jula, we are evaluating more environmentally responsible solutions, including potential rail connections, new ferry routes, and synergies with our existing Nordic and Baltic flows.
