Field Sales Professionals – Freight Forwarding

ColliCare Logistics India is looking for experienced sales professionals to join our team in Gurugram. We have two openings for people who understand the international logistics business, are comfortable meeting customers and want to contribute to business growth.

1. Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Field Sales | Experience: 3–5 years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

This role is suited to a sales professional with experience in freight forwarding who can identify potential customers, develop business relationships and understand the logistics requirements of importers and exporters.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking and client visits.
• Develop new business and build relationships with existing and potential accounts.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend suitable air freight and sea freight solutions.
• Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and opportunities in the Delhi NCR region.
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to address customer queries and shipment-related issues.

2. Deputy Manager / Manager – Field Sales |Experience: 5–7 years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

This role is suited to an experienced freight forwarding sales professional who can develop customer accounts, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, client meetings, referrals, cold calling and email outreach.
• Develop and maintain relationships with importers, exporters and other relevant business customers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate international air freight and sea freight solutions.
• Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and relevant regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Work closely with branch management and internal operations teams to support customer requirements and resolve shipment-related concerns.

What we're looking for

For both positions, we are looking for candidates who bring relevant sales experience and an understanding of the international freight forwarding business.

Education

• Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
• An educational background in logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain management is an advantage.

Relevant experience and industry knowledge

• Previous experience in international freight forwarding sales.
• Understanding of air freight, ocean freight, import and export procedures, Incoterms and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of the importer and exporter network in Delhi NCR.
• Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, negotiation and relationship management.

Skills and working requirements

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in prospecting, conducting client meetings and developing business relationships.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• A practical, problem-solving approach to customer and shipment-related concerns.
• Own vehicle for client visits and B2B field sales activities.

Fuel and telephone reimbursements may be discussed during the personal interview.
