IT System Consultant

We are expanding our Group IT team and seeking a self‑driven, user‑focused IT System Consultant with strong Service Desk expertise and interest in business systems, especially Transport Management Systems (TMS). The role requires ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and effective collaboration across teams and countries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to internal users (tickets, incidents, requests).
  • Follow up and resolve user issues related to business systems, with focus on TMS.
  • Support TMS improvements, integrations, upgrades and daily operations.
  • Coordinate with external system providers/vendors and follow up cases end-toend.
  • Monitor data flows and troubleshoot technical issues and bugs (resolve or escalate).
  • Provide user guidance and training, including best practices and system usage.
  • EDI / interfaces: read, understand and help troubleshoot technical exchange files.
  • Contribute to improvement of support processes, documentation and service quality.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand needs and pain points.

Requirements:

  • Experience from Service Desk / IT support or a similar user-facing IT role.
  • Basic understanding of system integrations / EDI and how applications communicate.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car for work-related travel.
  • Valid IT certification – e.g. ITIL Foundation, CompTIA (A+/Network+), Microsoft certification, or equivalent (Candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered even if they do not meet this requirement).

WORK LOCATION: The position is based in Vilnius, and supports users across the organization.

GROSS SALARY: 2000-2600/month (depending on experience and qualifications).
